Due to repeated requests we have added a 21 ft. Hewescraft Sea Runner to our fleet. This covered boat is being powered with newer motors. Capable of seating six, the boat is already being reserved for the 2010 season. If your want extra comfort or need to carry a good sized load, our newest addition is the boat for you.

Doyle’s Alaska Boat Rentals featuring newer boats and motors in the heart of southeast Alaska. Our boats, moored at the North Harbor in downtown Petersburg, provide convenient access from the local hotels and bed and breakfasts. Upon request, we also provide rental boats at Papke’s Landing for guest staying at Cottrell’s Sugar Shack cabin. We frequently sell out some weeks up to year in advance.
Our 18 ft. and 21 ft. aluminum boats are powered by fuel efficient Yamaha four stroke motors and maintained by Rocky’s Marine, an authorized Yamaha sales and service dealer. Enjoy the freedom of exploring our local waters by renting a boat loaded with all the gear needed to experience the Petersburg - Wrangell Alaska area. Travel to a Forest Service cabin, fish for steelhead in Petersburg Creek, set a crab pot for Dungeness Crab or troll for King Salmon in Wrangell Narrows. Scout for bears or hike a remote trail all from the town of Petersburg, Alaska. Our customers use our boats for fishing, hunting and camping.
Renting a boat in Alaska is an affordable way to enjoy your Alaskan vacation and our daily rates start at just $135/day. Doyles Boat Rentals also rents fishing rods and reels, crab pots, and shrimp pots. We provide maps with locations for halibut or salmon fishing, crabbing, and shrimping. We also include a Dungeness crab pot which is very popular with those folks fishing and hunting as well as a cooler.
